Texas voters’ rights

SAN ANTONIO (CN) — A federal judge in Texas permitted Latino political groups’ challenge to new Texas voting restrictions to proceed, as the state’s attorney general is investigating and prosecuting “hundreds” of purported violations of the election code, “inhibiting their right to vote free from intimidation and harassment.”
