Thank You, Sir, Come Again

QUEENS, N.Y. (CN) – A customer says a dispute over a credit card purchase at Circuit City led a store guard to beat him over the head, face and neck, stick a gun at his head, lock him in a closet for 20 minutes, then file false charges accusing him of assault. Kyle McBride says those charges were dismissed after he spent a long time in jail. And he says his credit-card purchase of a TV had been pre-approved by Circuit City headquarters.     McBride demands $2 million for assault, false imprisonment and negligence. He also sued Eastern Security Corp., the store manager and the security guard. He is represented in New York County Court by Michael Macklowitz.
