PHOENIX (CN) – Two Mesa police officers shot a man for no particular reason after he made a U-turn in the driveway of an apartment complex, Joseph Levesque claims in Maricopa County Court. He says Officers Kohler and Glover shot at him six times, wounding him repeatedly. Levesque sued the cops and the City of Mesa. He is represented by Zachary Mushkatel of Sun City, Ariz.
