JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (CN) – A man turned himself in for allegedly having sex with his 13-year-old daughter after a Super Bowl Party. The man said he drank too much while watching the game and thought he had gone to bed with his wife, the Associated Press reported. He said he didn’t realize what he had done until he woke up next morning. The man is charged with first-degree statutory rape, according to the AP, which withheld his name to protect his daughter’s identity.
