Lillian Glass claims Marsha Petrie Sue and John Wiley & Sons violated copyright by publishing a book using the phrase “Toxic People” in its title, which she used in her 1995 book. She also sued Six Voices, which makes a “Toxic People” iPhone app, in the same complaint in Los Angeles Federal Court.
