NEW YORK (CN) – The Court of International Trade ordered U.S. Bureau of Customs and Border Protection officials to stop offsetting subsidies or making payments to U.S. wheat farmers, who have long claimed that they cannot compete with wheat from Canada, because the Canadian government subsidizes its wheat exports.
