SAN FRANCISCO — In a trademark dispute over a tea company’s use of the name and likeness of Yogi Bhajan, a Sikh spiritual leader who helped bring Kundalini yoga to mainstream America, the Ninth Circuit found that the lower court set a proper bond amount to protect Bhajan’s widow’s potential future damages award.
