LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A Union Pacific conductor and veteran who suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder after serving in Iraq and Kosovo should be permitted to bring his service dog, Atlas, to work with him as a reasonable accommodation, a federal court in Arkansas ruled.
