PITTSBURGH, Pa. — A federal judge in Pittsburgh refused to dismiss a class action against the Transportation Security Administration over the confiscation of airplane passengers’ cash. The passengers have alleged at least 40 incidents of cash seizures, suggesting a regular pattern of conduct instead of a few isolated incidents.
