Twin Peaks Shootout

<p>A federal court in Texas <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/twinpeaksshootout.pdf">ruled</a></strong> that bikers arrested after a deadly 2015 shooting at a Twin Peaks restaurant may continue to pursue Fourth Amendment, conspiracy and bystander liability claims against multiple Waco police officials and certain claims against a county district attorney. The bikers claim they were wrongfully arrested based on a “fill-in-the-name” affidavit.</p>
