Two Americans arrested for sending aircraft tech to Russia

KANSAS CITY, Kan. — Two Kansas citizens have been arrested for allegedly circumventing export controls on technology sales to Russia. They sent avionics equipment to Russian companies and repaired equipment used in Russian aircraft, and lied to authorities about their customers by presenting invoices made out to a German end destination.
