Union Busting

The longtime head of the Tiverton, R.I. Local 833 of the National Education Association sued the district and its superintendent in federal court, claiming he <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Union.pdf">issued a gag order and then fired her</a></strong> to retaliate for her speech about a distance learning plan during the Covid-19 epidemic.</p>
