AUSTIN (CN) – Wal-Mart breached contracts to sell a video game, “Super Smash Brothers Brawl Wii,” for $23.43, “by sending out an email to class members acknowledging their ‘request’ to cancel contract [though] no class member made any such request,” a class-action complaint claims in Federal Court.
