SACRAMENTO (CN) – Wal-Mart sells bottled water contaminated by carcinogenic trihalomethanes, according to a Federal Court complaint, and is in fact Las Vegas tap water. The product is called “WalMart’s Sam’s Choice” water Plaintiffs are represented by Howard Rubinstein of Aspen and Harold Hewell of San Diego.
