CHEYENNE, WYO. (CN) – In a federal claim for more than $1 million, Drake Water Technologies is accused of promising, but failing to deliver, a system that can purify water produced from coal bed methane and natural gas wells.     Plaintiff Interstate Power Systems claims its business and reputation were damaged when it bought to rights to sell the so-called “Drake Process” in Wyoming and Montana, but the defendants could not deliver it. Also sued are Drake Engineering and Ron and Vivian Drake, all of Helena, Mont.      Interstate is represented by William McKellar with McKellar, Tiedeken & Scoggin.
