Where's The Money?, Customers Ask Bank

CHICAGO (CN) – JPMorgan Chase Bank promised but failed to give $100 to customers who opened a Chase Free Checking account with a balance of $100 or more, according to a class-action complaint in Cook County Court. The class claims JPMorgan opened 1.4 million new accounts last year, but does not know how many were opened under the alleged misrepresentation. See complaint.
