The Seventh Circuit dismissed an appeal by the Wisconsin legislature and Republican Party challenging the extension of the voter registration deadline for the 2020 election due to the pandemic. Neither party has standing to pursue an appeal because they have not shown any injury as a result of the deadline extension.
