Woman Says Trucker Kidnapped|And Assaulted Her For Four Days

TUSCALOOSA (CN) – A woman claims a Smithway Motor Xpress truck driver kidnapped her at a gas station and sexually assaulted and imprisoned her for four days while driving through the Southeast.     The woman claims trucker driver Say Scott Stillwell held her hostage and physically and sexually assaulted her for four days “as he conducted business on behalf of defendants Smithway and Western Express.” She says he assaulted her in five states before she escaped at a truck stop in Alabama. The ordeal allegedly occurred from Dec. 7-11, 2007.     She is represented in Federal Court by Robert Prince and R. Matt Glover of Tuscaloosa.
