Wrongly jailed 11 years

PITTSBURGH — A federal judge in Pennsylvania allowed a formerly imprisoned woman to sue a county for malicious prosecution and conspiracy after she spent more than 11 years in prison for a murder she did not commit. The investigator may have ignored exculpatory evidence to make her seem guilty.
