DENVER (CN) — The Friends of Animals claims in federal court that Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service failed to designate critical habitat for the Western distinct population segment of the threatened yellow-billed cuckoo, also known as the rain crow, in violation of the Endangered Species Act.
