AUSTIN, Texas – A federal court in Texas recommended the dismissal of a trademark lawsuit brought by popular cooler brand Yeti against a Minnesota company that builds ice fishing houses under the name “Yetti,” because the the fishing company was unaware of the cooler company and has never attempted to sell its ice fishing houses in Texas.
